Awareness on POSH act-2013 at Labour Hub

Bhubaneswar (12/10/2025): For the wellbeing women workers an awareness drive focused to POSH act -2013 was conducted at Niladri Vihar Labour Hub in Bhubaneswar under the banner of Action Aid Association in collaboration with city based organization named Center for Child & Women Development.

The objective of the program was to aware the workers about their safety and security as well as legal aspects said Center coordinator Sadasiv Swain.

Among others Shiba Sahoo, Gitanjali Panda, Saraswati Parida and Snigdha Das elaborated the legal aspects and the role of workers.

More than 200 workers joined in this auspicious occasion.

The Action Aid Association and Center for Child & Women development have taken initiatives to aware the workers for the safety net.
