Juvenile criminal consumes phenyl in shelter home

Rourkela(11/10/2025): A Juvenile criminal became seriously ill after consuming phenyl.

The juvenile criminal from safe shelter home was admitted to RGH. He is from Balangir. A fight had taken place between the inmates yesterday. The safe shelter home is under the Women and Child Development Department. Criminals between the ages of 16 and 21 involved in serious crimes are kept in the shelter home.
