Odisha government effects IAS reshuffle

Bhubaneswar(12/09/2025): The Odisha government on Friday effected a reshuffle in the IAS (Indian Administrative Service) cadre. According to a notification released by the General Administration and Public Grievance Administration department, Vijay Amruta Kulange has been given the responsibility of Director of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Services.

He will continue to hold the additional charge of Managing Director, OMFED, Bhubaneswar. Anjana Panda has been appointed as the Director of AYUSH. Premjit Nayak has become the Additional Secretary of the ST & S Development, Minorities and Backward Classes Welfare Department. Similarly, P.Anvesha Reddy, currently serving as Excise Commissioner, Cuttack, has been given additional charge of Inspector General of Registration, Cuttack.
