Bhubaneswar(07/03/2019): Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI) on Thursday announces the formation of a new real estate body in Bhubaneswar.
All leading developers from Bhubaneswar joined their hands together with CREDAI to form a new chapter in capital city in the name and style-CREDAI Bhubaneswar Association.
The new entity took shape in the presence of chairman national advisory council, CREDAI Jitendra Thakker, chairman constitutional committee, CREDAI Balakrishna Hegde and joint secretary CREDAI K.Sriram,
The office bearers selected for CREDAI Bhubaneswar Association for the year 2019-2021 are Kanti Lal Patel (president), Umesh Patnaik (secretary), Surya Kanta Nanda (vice-president), R.N.
Speaking on this occasion, newly elected president, CREDAI Bhubaneswar Association Kantilal Patel said, “We are happy to announce the formation of the new association.
Primarily Bhubaneswar contributes 90 percent of the real estate Industry in state and there were 3 different major associations representation the Industry.
So, most of the leading real estate developers of the city decided to join hand with CREDAI to form one single and strong association " CREDAI Bhubaneswar Association".
The prime objective of this new association is to address the issues of the Industry and work along with the state government in policy making procedure related to real estate sector.
