Sweets selling shops raided in Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar (18/06/2025): The Food Safety Department conducted a raid on several sweet shops in Bhubaneswar, including those in Chandrasekharpur.

The raid was carried after receiving reports of unhygienic conditions and stale sweets being sold.

The Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) officials seized and disposed of the stale sweets and imposed fines on the shop owners.
