Brown sugar worth Rs 31 lakh seized in Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar (10/06/2025): The Special Task Force (STF) on Tuesday seized brown sugar weighing 319 grams from Kuakhai River Bank along Hi-Tech-Tankapani Road in Bhubaneswar. The STF officials arrested one Mrunal Samal on charges of possessing the brown sugar. The value of the seized brown sugar was estimated to be Rs 31 lakh. A bike was also seized from the accused.
