Odisha students studying in Jammu will be brought back: CM Bhubaneswar (09/05/2025): The Odisha government on Friday convened an emergency meeting in Bhubaneswar in the wake of the rising tensions between India and Pakistan. The meeting was chaired by Chief Minister Mohan Majhi, who said, "We have started arrangements to bring back the student studying in Jammu.
Students are being brought to to Delhi by bus.
From Delhi, they will be brought to Bhubaneswar by train." Highlighting that security has been increased at places like Chandipur, Lord Jagannath Temple, Hirakud Dam, the CM said the government will take appropriate steps to ensure proper security arrangements in the state.
