Voluntary Blood Donation Camp organised by Youth Club & Helping Hands Organisation

Cuttack (11/03/2025): A Voluntary Blood Donation Camp was conducted by Youth Club, Alisha Bazaar and Helping Hands Organisation, Cuttack (Odisha) on 9th March, 2025, in which 107 units of blood were collected."In the wake of rising blood requirements due to different clinical conditions, accident cases and the summer season knocking at our door, the blood donation camp shall play a significant role in saving precious lives", said TVRK Balaji, President of Helping Hands Organisation (H2O).Donors from all the walks of the society generously donated their blood for the cause."This is our fourth successful year of organising a Voluntary Blood Donation Camp.We are immensely happy that 107 units of blood were collected.It would not have been possible without the team efforts of both Youth Club and H2O", as opined by Youth Club, Alisha Bazaar (Cuttack).The Medical Team from Department of Transfusion Medicine & Blood Centre, SCB MCH, Cuttack very skilfully coordinated the blood draw.
