Patient dies due to alleged medical negligence at SCB Hospital

Cuttack (24/01/2023): A patient died due to alleged medical negligence at SCB Medical College and Hospital in Cuttack. The deceased has been identified as Bhagabat Mohanty (81) of Balasore district. SCB Administrative Officer Abinash Rout said that a committee will be constituted to probe the matter. The asthma patient reportedly died after an oxygen mask during his shifting from one ward to another.
