Bhubaneswar(23/01/2022): Odisha Health Services Director Bijay Mohapatra on Sunday informed that COVID-19 cases are on a declining trend in the state since January 12.
Mohapatra said, “More than 70,000 tests are being conducted daily in the state.
We need two to four more days to access if we have touched the peak.”
During the second wave of COVID-19, experts had estimated that the peak will be sometime around July, but the peak was reached during the month of October.
Hence, few days from now shall be crucial period to ascertain the peak of the infection, he added
